Inflo™ now holds the key to unlock system resources with new Dashboards

(Sydney, Australia, 20th  June 2024) Techtel, the creators of inflo™, today announced the release of a comprehensive Dashboard module that will form part of the inflo software suite.  The web-based inflo Dashboard is designed to provide system administrators with detailed metrics to gain insights on user activity allowing them to manage system scale and resources with ease.

The Dashboards are highly configurable and each release will target relevant areas of interest.  Realtime data can be displayed in many different visual panels that can be designed with a toolset of colours and styles to address almost any control room environment; dark mode is definitely a favourite.  The data can be refined to focus on different time periods with quick and simple filters that allow you to narrow your focus from months to weeks, days to hours, in just a second or two.

The inflo Dashboard is built on cloud native technology, yet fully capable of on-premise deployment.  This principle ensures that customers can control their own security and importantly allows system owners to decide whether to have fixed platform investments or a pay-as-you-go approach.  Where a cloud platform is chosen to host their system, Dashboards will give the owner an invaluable tool to compare what they have been billed versus what our inflo Dashboard tells them about their use.  Finally, a tool is here to help the customer in what has become an unfair arm wrestle with the big cloud providers.

Peter Stevens, inflo Product Manager added, “Observability is essential in modern systems. Gaining operational insights is just the beginning when it comes to using data to make informed business decisions. We found a really flexible way to harvest this data and display it in a simple modern UX that we are really proud of.  The more sophisticated our customers’ needs become, the more this dashboard will add value to their overall understanding of their media workload”.
